Kippen pasta salade

Ingrediƫnten

  • 300 grams of chicken
  • 150 grams of Pasta penne
  • 100 grams of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 peaches
  • 4 stalks of spring onion
  • 1 cucumber
  • 25 grams of Pine nuts
  • 2 pickles
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil (for extra healthiness)
  • Dairy butter (for extra tastiness)
  • 100 ml pickle moisture
  • 150 ml Mayonaise
  • 50 ml Orange juice
  • 50 ml Chili sauce

Aanwijzingen

  1. Take the frying pan and put it on the stove; when warm, shortly bake the pine nuts until they start to color.
  2. Add salt by taste. Set them aside to cool.
  3. Cut the chicken in small pieces (around 2 by 2 cm) and use salt and pepper to give them some extra flavor. Then take the chicken pieces and coat them completely in the flour.
  4. Put the frying pan on the stove and melt the butter and add the olive oil. Bake the pieces of chicken equally on each side until they're golden brown.
  5. Set it aside to cool.
  6. Meanwhile prepare the Pasta penne as described on the packaging. Set it aside to cool.
  7. Cut the cucumber, iceberg lettuce and peaches in bite sized chunks. Cut the spring onion and pickles in tiny pieces.
  8. When the chicken and pasta are cooled down, mix them in a large bowl/pan with the vegetables and fruits.
  9. Serve the salad and enjoy.
  10. Mix the mayonaise with the chili sauce, pepper, orange juice and pickle moisture and give it a good stir.
